Shipping Policy

We ship our products in 2 to 3 business days. For shipping time for areas outside the continental U.S. please e-mail us. Our shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout. The shipping times can be affected by the holiday season.

Return Policy

To return an item, it must be unused and still in the unopened package. We cannot accept dvds or playing cards with the plastic wrapper off. We will exchange defective merchandise for items off equal or lesser value. If a product is returned with out an exchange, there will be a 15% restocking fee. A reimbursement of shipping charges wiill apply only to merchandise damaged in shipping, shipped incorrectly, or defective.

Damaged Goods Policy

We will exchange damaged merchandise for items of equal or lesser value only if it is unopened. If the merchandise is not exchanged there will be a 15% restocking fee. We will reimburse the shipping charges for sending an item back only if it is unused and damaged in shipping.

Backorder Policy

Occasionally our orders exceed our inventory. If this occurs we will notify you. When the item becomes available we will fufill your order. If it is a multiple order, we will ship the available products to you. You will also have the option of a refund for the item thats not available, or select another product.
